Shipping policy
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.
Orders placed on business days before 16.00 pm we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed in complying with this, it is possible that products are not in stock, so that the delivery time of your order takes a little longer than usual.
If for whatever reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible!
All prices of the products on the webshop are exclusive of shipping costs.

* Mailbox packages are delivered 9 out of 10 times the next day. However, because it does not go via the standard package route, but with the letter post, it may happen that the package takes a little longer to arrive. Pouches.eu is CANNOT liable for lost shipments or shipping delays, please contact the delivery service if this occurs.
Your delivery takes place via the postman or parcel deliverer of the chosen delivery service. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 18:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
