Reflection time / return
It may happen that you want to return an order.
Maybe because you don't like the product or maybe there is another reason why you wouldn't want the order. Whatever the reason, fortunately you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason!
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product (s). You will then be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs.
Terms and Conditions
When you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and in the original state en unopened packaging be returned to Pouches.eu.
The shipping costs for the return shipment are charged and are based on costs for sending a package. You agree to this after placing an order. More information about this can be found in the Terms and Conditions
Return an order
To return your order, you can do so via this link:

Step 1
- Fill the postcode you used with your order
- Enter the order number with a hashtag below, for example '# 1234', or the track & trace code and click 'Start'.
Step 2
Choose which product or products you want to return and click on 'Return reasons'.
Step 3
Indicate per product how many you want to return and the reason for this. Is the reason not listed? Then choose 'Otherwise'and provide an explanation.
Step 4
Indicate how you would like to be refunded for the products that you return:
- Exchange items: Indicate in the explanation for which items you want to exchange the returned products
- Store credit: You will receive a discount code with the same value as the returned products
- Money Back: We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Step 5
Choose it delivery point near you where you will drop off your parcel to return.
Step 6
Check your e-mail address and telephone number and the entered data and click on 'Confirm'.
You will receive an email with the confirmation of your return with the shipping label attached.
Step 7
Pack the products in a way that minimizes the risk of damage, such as an air cushion envelope or a cardboard box. In addition, make sure that the packaging remains tight while en route, for example with packaging tape.
Step 8
Print and paste the shipping label you received in your email on the package and your return shipment is ready to be delivered to the chosen delivery point and shipped!
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged for return.
